Soarinto Inc. (株式会社ソアリント, "the Company", "we") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the smartphone application "KABERU" ("the App") provided by the Company.

1. Information We Collect

The App can be used without creating an account. We collect the following information:

Anonymous identifier: A randomly issued ID used to identify your account (Firebase Authentication anonymous sign-in). We do not collect personally identifying information such as your name or email address.
Wallpaper settings: Your selected themes, entered keywords, and similar preferences.
Generated images: Wallpaper images generated by the App.
Purchase information: Purchase tokens and similar data used to verify subscription status (via Google Play). Payment details such as credit card information are handled by Google and are not collected by us.
Device and crash information: Device model, OS version, and crash logs used to improve app stability (Firebase Crashlytics).
Usage data: Statistical information about how the App is used (Firebase Analytics).
Inquiries: Information entered into the contact form on this website (the reply-to email address is optional).
Reference images: images uploaded by Personal-plan users as references for wallpaper generation.

2. Purposes of Use

To provide the App's services, including generating and delivering wallpapers
To verify and manage purchase status
To investigate issues and improve quality and stability
To prevent fraudulent use
To respond to inquiries

3. Transmission to External Services

We use the following external services to provide our services, and transmit information to them to the extent necessary.

Google Cloud / Firebase (Google LLC): data storage, authentication, notifications, analytics, and crash reporting
fal.ai (Features and Labels, Inc.): generation instructions such as keywords, and Personal-plan reference images, are sent for image-generation processing
Google Play (Google LLC): subscription payment processing
Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): hosting of this website and bot protection for the contact form (Turnstile). Connection data such as IP addresses is processed when you access the site
Discord (Discord Inc.): the contents of contact-form submissions (category, reply-to email address, and message) are forwarded to notify the operator (visible to the operator only)
Google Cloud Vision (Google LLC): image data is sent for automated screening of uploaded reference images (detection of inappropriate content)

4. Provision to Third Parties

We do not provide user information to third parties except as required by law. However, images generated under the Shared Plan are displayed to other users in the App's public gallery (no information that could identify your account is displayed).

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain collected information for as long as necessary for the purposes of use.
You can delete all of your data — including generated images, settings, and account information — at any time from "Settings → Delete account" in the App.
Deleting the App alone does not delete the data stored on our servers. If you have already uninstalled the App, you can request deletion via the contact form on this website.

Reference images are retained until you delete them or delete your account. All reference images are deleted when your account is deleted.

6. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards, such as access controls, to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the information we collect.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be revised in response to changes in laws or in the services we provide. If there are material changes, we will announce them in the App or on this website.
